⁴⁶ Then the men^[a] took hold of Jesus^[b] and arrested him. ⁴⁷ But one of those standing there drew his sword and struck the high priest’s servant, cutting off his ear. ⁴⁸ Jesus asked them, “Have you come out with swords and clubs to arrest me as if I were a bandit?^[c]
